Push-On Fasteners

DMR push-on fasteners (hat and retainer) are designed to hold components on plain round shafts, rods or axles.
Reduce Costs - Eliminate costly secondary operations such as notching, threading or drilling.
Fast, Easy Assembly - No need to find a thread or turn a nut down with a torque wrench. "Push-ons" can be quickly pushed on a shaft or stud.

Material and Standard Finishes
The standard material for DMR push-on fasteners is 1050 steel. Standard finishes available include: Plain (hardened and tempered, no secondary finish), Mechanical Zinc (clear, yellow or black dichromate), Electro Zinc (clear, yellow or black dichromate) and Phosphate & Oil (dull black finish).

Push On Hat Fasteners - HP Style

Push-on hat fasteners (HP Style) are designed to hold components on plain round shafts, rods or axles.

Applications - Push-on hat fasteners can be used as decorative covers for unsightly stud ends or to protect from scratches or snags. They are used in almost every industry with diverse applications ranging from hubcaps for toy wheels to boat trailer roller caps.

Push On Retainer Fasteners - P Style

The DMR P style Push-on retainer fasteners are designed to hold components on plain round shafts, rods or axles.

Applications - Push-on retainer fasteners have the capacity for positioning anywhere along a stud, wire or rod. They are used in almost every industry with diverse applications ranging from hubcaps for toy wheels to boat trailer roller caps.

Push On Retainer Fasteners - PL Style

The DMR PL style Push-on retainer fasteners are designed to hold components on plain round shafts, rods or axles.

Push On Retainer Fasteners - PS Style

The DMR PS style Push-on retainer fasteners are designed to hold components on plain round shafts, rods or axles.

Push On Bolt Retainer - PB Style

Push-on bolt retainers are used in assembly applications where screws or bolts need to be retained in position before a nut is positioned and tightened.

Appications - Screws are placed in position through plastic fender skirts and held in position by the push-on bolt retainer during shipment. On the assembly line the skirt is already loaded with screws permitting fast screw and hole alignment.
